Straight To The Point
Take 500 clubbers, reserve three entire hotels and hundreds of flights for them to be together all week long, throw in at least three free nightime parties at premier Ibizan venues, negotiate discounts of up to 40% at the coolest beach / sunset bars in San Antonio, organise a couple of boat parties ( don't forget to stick on extra sound), turn a disused zoo into a multi-arena open-air party complete with pool and BBQ, (include a free coach there and back).
Then work with the best club promoters on the island and deliver discounted ticket prices for everyone on the package.
Don't over-charge for your product; keep the price as low as possible.
Don't employ cheesy grabbing reps and dress them in trendy uniforms. Don't call a welcome meeting before midday. Don't patronise and judge people by the music they prefer.

The Scene
Cyclone Ibizan Heat 2008 is in association with Ibizan Heat.
Ibizan Heat is the largest singular specialist clubbing group to visit the white isle all summer long. Now in it's 5th year, it's the only Ibiza package holiday clubbers can trust to deliver. This year it will offer even more free parties in the very best venues on the island... Over the last 4 summers, Ibizan Heat has established itself as the premier package holiday party week.
Thursday 19th June (7 or 10 night packages available)
The original annual Ibizan invasion returns for a fifth summer. Each June sees a dozen clubs join forces to create the largest single dedicated clubbing group to visit the island each summer.
During a period which has seen the demise of the package holiday and the rise of internet-fuelled independent travel, Ibizan Heat has proved that a holiday package does work for clubbers as long as it offers value for money, is credible and delivers 'the inside track', doesn't feature cheesy reps in uniforms trying to push crappy clubs... and includes added value (in our case, a wristband worth 150 Euros if used to its full potential).
Every holiday includes a wristband
The wristband gives two free night time parties and one daytime in premier venues (eg Es Paradis, Eden, the Zoo), at which Ibizan Heat host an area.
In addition to euro-saving discounts at the best bars on the island: 20% off food & drinks at Mambo & Savannah / 10% off food & drinks at Kanya / 10% off drinks @ Bar M / 20% off Nando's @ Bar M / 10% off food at Itaca & 40% off drinks with special Ibizan Heat card, plus admission all-week long to upstairs VIP area at Bar M. Plus the cheapest tickets anywhere on the island for the most popular club events, which features Ibizan Heat DJ's guesting: Tidy/Euphoria, Cream, We Love Sundays @ Space & Judgement Sunday.

We take over the three hotels and programme a week of parties which sample the best the island has to offer: Sunday is spent at our party in Space, Wednesday on our legendary boat in Formentera, Thursday at Cream opening party at the mighty Amnesia, & Friday at our secret beach party (included in the package) and most days are lazing by the pool, watching the sun sink into the sea at Kanya.
The "Cyclone" Hotel is the Florencio which is a 5 minute walk to the sunset stript bars (the more classy side of San Antonio). You can change this to one of our other hotels or apartments if required. Simply ask for the other options when you book.
Under occupancy rates (all per person per week)
4 people sharing a spacious two bedroom apt with communal living area, kitchenette and bathroom just £10 extra (ideal for 2 couples). 3 people sharing a 1 bed apt: £12 extra
