Cyclone are not currently on air, if you are a radio or tv station, get in touch!
For 7 years, Cyclone hosted the Cyclone Dance Show on University of Surrey's radio station, 1350AM GU2.
Situated on the University's campus, GU2 broadcast the Cyclone sound to a radius of approximately 10 miles and streamed live to listeners all over the world via the GU2 web site. Over the years, there were a few occasions where GU2 acquired a temporary FM license. This allowed the Cyclone sound to travel to a radius of around 40 miles around Surrey and Hampshire on the standard FM wave band!
The 7 year period saw shows (sometimes 6 a week) ranging through house, techno, trance, psy trance, hard house and hardcore.
As of the 6th June 2010 (end of the University year) Cyclone ceased hosting these shows. Mainly due to the last of the crew graduating (from his PHD).
Cyclone now feel that it is time to get back onto the airwaves, so if you are a tv or radio station, please get in touch!
